Where to buy illusion magic oblivion

Best place to get illusion spells? As I said in the topic. I've found few there and even fewer there, you know? I'm not really finding any GOOD illusion spells.

It's one of my main skills and I'm dissapointed to see how few and far between these illusion spells are. I got like only one from Bravil. So you have any advice to find the high-level illusion spells like charm, light, enrage, command, nighteye, paralyze and such? These LvL spells what I have are getting useless C'mon, help an Argonian brother out.

Restore Willpower allows you to undo the damage caused by drain spells and restore your attribute by five points.

You will need this spell if you use magic the most since any damage to your willpower attribute will significantly weaken you. Unless you are an Argonian, this spell is needed to truly experience all of Oblivion. Without it, there are many underwater treasures you are missing out on.
